🧠Why The Thread?
In a time of overload, uncertainty, and urgency, many people are quietly asking:
“How do I lead when I no longer know the way?”
We live in a world of constant information, accelerating demands, and complex crises. But beneath the noise, something deeper is being asked of us: not to do more, but to be different.
The Thread is a development offering for those who feel that call.
- It’s not a training. It’s a space.
- Not a fix. A reorientation.
- Not more content. A return to what matters.
🔍 What is it?
The Thread is a facilitated development process that weaves together:
- Storytelling and myth
- Dialogue and deep listening
- Embodied reflection
- Music, art, readings and active imagination
It’s designed to help people to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the deeper patterns of meaning and coherence that underlie good global citizenship.
🌾 What will I do?
Over the course of the programme, we will:
- Meet in a small, supportive group for a series of reflective sessions every two weeks
- Listen to and work with a mythic story in depth
- Explore themes through dialogue, artwork, music, and imaginative practice
- Reflect between sessions at your own pace—writing, walking, wondering
There is no homework. Only invitations. No theories or models. Only space.
There is no obligation to attend every session or complete the full process—though your experience will be richer and more meaningful the more you are able to show up. We understand that life is full, and you are welcome as you are.

This programme is for:

You don’t need a particular title—only a willingness to slow down and listen.
🧵 The Offer
We are offering this first cohort on a Pay As You Feel basis.
And yes: Free is fine.
We believe in making this work accessible. We trust that if this experience holds value for you, you’ll honour that in whatever way you can. No pressure. No awkwardness.
If you can afford to support my work it would be much appreciated. As a guide price I would suggest ÂŁ90 for each session. But whatever you can afford is most welcome!

- Start Date: 25th April 2025 3-5pm UK time with sessions every two weeks
- Format: 9 x 2-hour sessions via Zoom – plus additional invitations to experience deeper learning through carefully designed exercises and practices.
- Group Size: it all depends – but much of the work will be in triads…
