Here are the nine sessions in The Thread leadership journey, along with the themes that each mythic story will invite you to explore. All sessions run from 3-5pm UK time.
Ideally you would be able to attend all nine sessions – but you are welcome to attend as many or as few as you can.

- Facing projections, distortions, and the courage to look inward
- The relationship between self-awareness and leadership integrity
- How the world reflects back who we are
Session 3: The Hollow Tree – 23rd May – alternative date 19th June
Theme: Descent and Letting Go
- Surrendering certainty, identity, and control
- The mythic pattern of the ‘descent’ or dark night of the soul
- Trusting what emerges in emptiness
Session 4: The Keeper of Threads – 6th June – alternative date 3rd July
Theme: Interconnection and the Web of Life
- Seeing systems not as machines, but as living wholes
- Exploring belonging, responsibility, and the unseen patterns that bind us
- The ethics of care and coherence
Session 5: The Broken Bridge – 20th June – alternative date 17th July
Theme: Conflict, Difference, and Dialogue
- Holding tension without collapse or attack
- Exploring nonviolence, humility, and the practice of listening across difference
- Leadership as bridge-building
Session 6: The Firetender’s Dilemma – 4th July – alternative date 31st July
Theme: Responsibility and Right Action
- Knowing when to act and when to wait
- Leadership as stewardship of what truly matters
- The inner fire: purpose, courage, and discernment
Session 7: The Weaver’s Loom – 18th July – alternative date 14th August

- Reclaiming the power to re-weave our own narratives
- Collective storytelling as a leadership tool
Session 8: The Echoing Chamber – 1st August – alternative date 28th August
Theme: Silence, Soul, and Inner Authority
- Making space for what speaks in silence
- Cultivating trust in inner knowing and ethical intuition
- Resisting the seductions of noise, approval, and certainty
Session 9: The Returning – 15th August – alternative date 11th September
Theme: Integration and Leadership as Offering
- Gathering the threads and weaving them into practice
- Exploring what wants to be offered back to the world
- Closing in gratitude, clarity, and commitment
